What
are the visiting hours?
We are always open to visitors, however we recommend visiting
between 11 am and 8 pm.
Does each room have a television?
Yes, resident rooms come equipped with flat-screen television sets, complete with pillow speaker systems and free cable TV.
How often will the rehabilitation staff work with my loved
one?
Rehabilitation must be ordered by the resident's physician, so
each resident will be seen according to their physicians direction.
Our in-house rehabilitation staff works with residents Monday
- Saturday, they would be happy to have you join them for your
loved one's rehabilitation session.
Does each room have a telephone?
Understanding how important communication is with respect to the
healing process, Victoria provides private phone lines for all of its
residents free of charge. Calls can be routed directly to patient
rooms, which means families and friends can reach their loved ones
without the extra step of talking to an operator or having to navigate
an automated menu.
Can I bring my family pet to visit?
Pets are always welcome at Victoria. However, for the safety of
our residents and staff we ask that you clean up after your pet
and keep him/her with you at all times.
